After a tragic fire destroyed this family’s previous home, we had the honor of designing their custom new build from the ground up. Every detail of this kitchen; from the warm wood cabinetry to the layered neutral finishes — was carefully selected to support how they live, gather, and grow. Staying on their existing neighborhood lot was important, so this new construction home was planned to maximize space, function, and longevity while honoring the place they love most. New build. FUNky BaThROoM plaid carpet? multi-tiered floor? orange hot tub? brown toilet? tiny shower? In a double-A-framed home?! Heck yes! Although this bathroom takes you to a funky town, it was not the most functional. We accounted for EVERY INCH of this space (lol at our measurements) and kept the beautiful wood bones in tact. Incorporating the neutral pebble tile in the shower and slate-style floors have made this bathroom enjoyable for years to come!!

There’s something special about a home with history ️. Built in 1900, this beauty had good bones but was stripped down to the studs when we first walked through. With our 3D renderings, we were able to honor its story while reimagining each space — kitchen, dining, living, and office — with timeless design. From the floorplan and lighting to the finishes, paint, and furnishings, we layered in that old-school charm so its character lives on in a fresh, functional way. Now, our client can step into their remodel with confidence, knowing the heart of this historic home will shine again.
There’s something special about a home with history 🕰️. Built in 1900, this beauty had good bones but was stripped down to the studs when we first walked through. With our 3D renderings, we were able to honor its story while reimagining each space — kitchen, dining, living, and office — with timeless design. From the floorplan and lighting to the finishes, paint, and furnishings, we layered in that old-school charm so its character lives on in a fresh, functional way. Now, our client can step into their remodel with confidence, knowing the heart of this historic home will shine again.
